Gameplay Mechanics:

Nidhogg 2 is a side-scrolling fencing game. Each player controls a fencer trying to reach the end of the arena on their respective side. Kill your opponent, advance toward the goal. The loser of the duel respawns directly in front of the winner, creating a tug-of-war dynamic.
